Chocolate-Dipped Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
- 12 cup Scharffen Berger chocolate chunks
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 8 ounces unsalted butter
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Spread flour on a baking sheet and heat for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches 165˚. This will rid the flour of any bacteria. Set aside and allow to cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add in flour until completely combined then the chocolate chunks.
- Using a small ice cream scooper or a your hands, roll the cookie dough into small sized balls (like forming a meatball) and set on the cookie sheet. Place the cookie dough in the fridge until ready to dip.
- In a microwaveable safe bowl, heat the chocolate in 10-second increments until fully melted.
- Dip the chilled cookie dough balls into the melted chocolate. Place the dipped cookie dough balls in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
